How do I create and share a video with a prospect and influencers?

1. Login to the OneDay app on your mobile device
2. On the home screen, tap the teal + button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen
3. Tap “Prospect”
4. You will be prompted to either select a saved prospect or add a new prospect by tapping the + icon in the top right-hand corner
5. The OneDay app will automatically display your video options; tap the topic that resonates with the video you want to create
6. This will open your camera to begin recording

           • • You can flip the camera to record in “selfie mode.” To do this, simply tap the circle with the arrow above the red record button.
             • You can also use a video that exists on your Camera Roll - outside of the OneDay app. Tap the film strip icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, then choose the video you want to bring into OneDay.
             • In the center of the screen, you may see prompts appear. If you have one of these prompts displayed in the center when you tap the red record button or upload a video from Camera Roll - this text will display in the video.
             • You can add your own prompt or hide the prompts if you prefer. Tap either of those options at the bottom of the screen. If you add a prompt, it will play before that clip you record.
7. To begin recording, tap the red record button. To stop, tap it again.
8. Once you stop recording, you have a few options:
9. Once you’ve tapped “Save clip & edit video” you can edit the video or tap the green “Publish & Share” button at the bottom of the screen to proceed
10. On the Share Video screen, personalize the Email Title/Text Subject (optional) 
11. Enter a comment that will be sent out with the video (optional)
12. Choose to allow viewers to comment on your video by tapping the toggle to “On” (optional)
13. Choose your preferred sharing method by clicking one of two buttons: “Share Instantly from the App” or “Share Anywhere”
14. Select which recipients from the list you’d like to send the video to
15. To send the video, tap “I’m done! Publish & Send”
16. A confirmation message will appear; Press “Share” again
17. A screen will appear letting you know your video is on its way; Press Ok to return to the home screen
18. Once on the home screen, you can track the status of your video, if the prospect has opened it, if the video has been played, or if they left a comment
19. Once the video has been sent, a number will appear to the right of the blue export icon
20. Your recipient(s) will receive your video as a link and will be able to watch, comment, and engage.
