How can I communicate with prospects or families in the OneDay app?

  1. On the home screen of the OneDay app, tap “Notifications” to the right of “My Videos”mceclip1.png
  2. The notifications that have this icon: indicate a comment was made
  3. Tap on the comment to see more details
  4. You can then tap Reply to respond to the comments
  5. The recipient will be notified of your response

Note: Any of your recipients of this video will be able to see the comments anyone writes
